Ligris was discovered by the exiled giant, Noel the Crusher, when she was a weak and starving cub. Noel cared for her and restored her health. In gratitude for his kindness, Ligris has been not only a friend to the giant for centuries but also a protector of his home against potential thieves and intruders.
